NEW HABITS

We tend to think our energy is related to how much we rest after an effort, to how much we allow our body and mind to recover.

We then forget that our energy is even more a consequence of our attitude. This is how we look at ourselves and how we welcome the constant changes in our life. We could see life as a never-ending state of change.

The way we welcome the new in our life is the way life welcomes and treats us.
